Holy cow! This works great against snoring!
If you have a snorer in your life, this remedy is tried and true and "might" save your relationship and your sanity. Get a cool mist vaporizer and try it for yourself. We have used this product going on 10 years. Read about it in a magazine. If everyone knew how effective it was for snoring it would never stay in stock - I am risking my own sleep by sharing my secret against my husband's snoring. Works Really Well!

Strong but effective
We have been using these strips with our Vicks warm steam humidifier. It can hold two strips at a time which we found releases a very strong aroma. So strong it woke me in my sleep. Our bedroom is 20 x 15 but Since we have used one strip at a time it it has been much better.

Not my daughters favorite
Very strong smell which I know that’s what it’s supposed to be but overbearing and my daughter woke up couple times through the night feel like she didn’t like it
