Neck support:I owned like 5 different kinds of neck pillows, some I got it in fb but never did it gives me any comfort when traveling a long flight. this thing showed up a like a video in amazon while I was searching for more neck pillows😁. I clicked it and was able to order it a day before the trip. For the first time, I was able to sleep in the plane for my 14 hours straight flight. It feels sooo good! My neck did not hurt and my waist from half of by body "falling " not just the head. This thing kept my head secured and I can actually relax my head ( without being conscious of keeping it up myself) and the velcro is so strong that it doesn't let go and make my head fall. The eye mask is soft and comfortable too. It is easy to attached on the headrest. (Only those long flights has that head rest where you can attached). It was so easy to "peel" off the one side of the velcro and leaving the other side to get up then velcro it back again yourself once you are back on your seat though the velcro is a little " loud" but who cares you don't take it off and on often and I think that's why it holds up the weight of the head well. I am really satisfied with this product that I ordered more for my children. Now, I leave all my neck pillows, inflatable head and arm rest. My travel gadgets is more lighter.

Design:My search for a comfortable travel pillow is finally over. This brilliant design blocks out all light and keeps my head comfortably supported. No more head flopping forward, waking me up just as I nod off. No more stiff, sore neck pain when I wake up. Sleeping upright in an airline seat will never be as comfortable as lying flat, but this eye-mask/pillow has given me several hours of sleep on every flight I've used it on. Not to mention, it takes up a quarter of the space in my carry-on compared to larger neck pillows.

This made me actually sleep on the plane! Great for long haul. It worked on the delta flights since it had those pillows to attach it to. I will say, after a while, your nose starts to get a little sore, since your head naturally wants to hang down when you sleep upright and this eyemask keeps your head up - which is great and the reason i was able to fall asleep at all - but, you notice the weight on your nose after a little bit, feels like you had some weight on it. I also like that it’s «3D», it didn’t flatten out my eyelash extensions. Would recommend!

It keeps my head upright and reduces that awkward head-bob jerk when you nod off.That said, I definitely recommend pairing it with a neck pillow—my first time using it solo caused a bit of neck strain. One funny thing: I wish it came with a little tag that says “wake me for food” because it blocks out everything so well, I almost missed a meal.It’s easy to strap to airplane seats, and setup/takedown is simple. When not in use, it can flop around unless you tuck or strap it down—so I usually just take it off during meals or when I’m awake. That part is a bit tedious, but not a dealbreaker. It easily fits into a backpack or you can tie it around something. It’s about 7inx5in but it’s malleable so you squeeze it in somewhere if needCar use is hit or miss. Some headrests work, others don’t. I tried a workaround I saw in another review, but it didn’t feel right for my head and seat shape. Still, I bought this for planes, and for that use alone it’s 10/10.

Purchased this for a red-eye overseas flight, hoping to be able to get some decent sleep, as we wanted to hit the ground running when we arrived in the morning. It folds up easily into the provided carry bag. It's solid, but not terribly heavy, so was easy to stow in my carry-on backpack. It really does work just as pictured. It attached securely to the adjustable head rest on our Lufthansa flight. Then the eye mask portion velcros to the main part. Kept my head very secure in place even while asleep. No sore neck. Only "downsides" were that the velcro was a little loud when I needed to adjust it (sorry, fellow travelers!) it's a bit warm since it goes all the way around your head and is padded, and the whole set up does leave you with some "helmet hair." I felt it was worth it to be comfortable and rested on my trip.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works well but was not comfortable for me since I like to be able to move my head. I returned it.
