The treadmill comes pre-oiled for immediate use. The provided 30ml of oil typically lasts for about a year under regular use (4-7 hours per week). For maintenance every month, use approximately 2.5ml of oil. A helpful indicator is to touch the middle of the back of the running belt; if it feels slightly wet with oil, you've applied enough.
