At first I was skeptical about purchasing this. I didn’t want another useless gadget lying around the house. But because I love to have my coffee hot so much, I decided to try it. Well, I’ve only had it for four days and I’ve used it every single day multiple times a day. If you’re like me, and you like to sip your coffee or tea while you’re working, doing chores, reading, or whatever, and you are left with lukewarm drinks after 15 minutes then you are going to love this! I absolutely love coffee, but I will not drink it after it’s not hot anymore and so I waste a lot of cups of coffee making new ones throughout the day. With this warmer, I’ve been able to enjoy my coffee and tea hot the entire time. It doesn’t make it so hot that you can’t drink it, but there have been a couple times when I had maybe half the amount of liquid or less left in the mug and it was steaming when I picked it up. To the point where I sipped it to make sure it wasn’t going to burn my mouth. So it actually DOES keep your drinks very warm to hot. So far it has worked with every mug I’ve used it with, and one of them is pretty thick.It is a good size, definitely big enough for 99% of mugs out there, and it is aesthetically pleasing as well. The “wood” look isn’t cheesy but rather classy looking. It has 3 temp settings and each setting has a different light color. 176 degrees = Red 150 degrees = purple 130 degrees = Blue. And you can turn off the lights if you don’t want any light at all. It also has an auto shut off I think which looks like it goes from 2 to 12 hours, but I have yet to use this feature as I always just unplug it when I am done using it. Haven’t used this feature enough to accurately comment on it.Overall I love it, and considering what a coffee lover I am, I wish I would’ve bought this sooner!

Does everything as you would expect. Buttons are great, functionality, options to choose from. Please don't change the product. Couple of tips from an old guy that likes hot coffee:- Standard coffee cups have CONCAVE bottoms, so you want to cover your coffee cup. I have tried 3 warmers now, and my "favorite mug" will still lose heat with any desktop mug-warmer other than my STOVE. I spent a lot of money on a stainless, flat-bottom mug, but its not as big as I would like, and I still like my 30-year-old Dad Mug anyway. I am using the thermal lid that came with some random product (on top of my ancient mug), and I'm very happy.- (just saying) if you were to buy a flat-bottom mug, and use a LID for your cup, it will be TOO HOT to drink. The highest setting of this product is hot, and if you fix the heat escaping from the top, it will be hard to get any coffee into your body. It is that hot.- If you take your coffee seriously, and you get this product, you will want a PAD of some sort under this product. (See attached picture). This thing is a heater, it is excellent, and it normally sits 1/8" off of your desk. Your desk will get hot. I put 1/8" plexiglass/plastic under mine and my desk still gets hot. I went to hardware store and found some raised sticky FEET to raise that plexi, 1/8" off of my desk also. Now I'm not concerned about multiple years of extreme heat to 1 spot on my desk.- When I'm halfway done with my coffee, I can discard the lid, because the warmer will suffice on highest setting. I like my coffee to be hot. Sipping hot. With the lid on, and when coffee is low in my cup (easier to heat), I WOULD need to reduce the heat to be able to enjoy my coffee.- Now I have gotten lazy, and I just bring the coffee to the warmer (no lid) and if it starts off HOT, I enjoy it without a lot of delay, and then when it is 1/2-way down the cup, the heater can keep the temperature that I like anyway.- If you have a flat-bottom coffee cup, many heater-products can keep your coffee at a temperature that you like.I have 2 other warmers, both with great customer reviews, but without a lid none of them are great. This is the best one I have found, and with a LID on my cup, it works better than I want it to. Nice problem to have. I've finally found a way to drink coffee over 30 minutes. I'm buying another one for my other desk.

I'm someone who likes to sip my coffee slowly throughout the morning, and it used to drive me crazy how fast it would get cold. This little device has totally fixed that problem! It keeps my drink at a perfect temperature without overheating and the digital display is super easy to use (plus the LED lights are cool!) No noise and cord length is perfect for my work station! I also love the automatic shut off feature - it gives me peace of mind if I forget to turn it off. Plus, it looks sleek on my desk and fits all my mugs! If you're tired of reheating your coffee in the microwave or wasting half a cup, this is 100% worth it!

It’s a bit bigger than I expected, but that’s on me for not checking. Warms up super quickly. I use it for candles on the lowest setting as well as coffee and it works great. It’s very attractive on my desk and I definitely recommend.

Bought this for my daughter (59) for Christmas (2024). She loves it. Uses it daily & wouldn’t be without it. Temperature settings are accurate and quite functional. Auto shutoff works. Not a fire hazard as used by her. Not to be used where young children can touch or otherwise mess with it.

This mug warmer works very well ☕. The three setting feature is nice because some people may prefer their coffee hotter than others. The light is nice but I usually turn it off. It does what is should in keeping your coffee warm. It's very portable, and doesn't take up too much space. I might order a 2nd one for work. I recommend this for avid coffee drinkers who don't want to use the microwave all the time.
