After finding I was anemic, I purchased this product. I was concerned about the notion of 'slow release' since most iron supplements tend to act fast and have side effects. This product seems to live up to its' name of 'Slow release.' Very pleased.

I have been using this iron supplement for over a year now. I've always had issues with iron supplements upsetting my stomach - even with food. The slow release of this supplement has changed that. It does not upset my stomach at all and the small size makes it extremely easy to swallow.

Small tabs, easy to swallow. No gastro intestinal issues have occurred. Most important, my iron and hemoglobin levels returned to normal. And… they cost about a tenth of the name brand! What’s not to love?
