I am just starting to use this as a melatonin alternative and I have high hopes I will see good results after regular use. Ingredients seem great and the flavor is pretty good. They are a bit sticky and so far that is my least favorite part about them.

These work really well, may even say too well. I only need to take 1 gummy to get myself to sleep and stay there. If I take two, I feel a little groggy in the morning. Not a I took a medicine groggy, but a I slept too deep and it's hard to wake up groggy.
