Beautiful

I LOVE this butter dish! I was a little concerned about buying a mixture of Botanic Garden and Exotic Botanic Garden products, because I plan on using them together and wasn't sure if they would stand out as very different designs. But the off-white color is the same, and the green leaf border unites them as if they came from the same pattern set. I got the assorted Exotic Botanic Garden plates, so the different flower/butterfly designs of Botanic Garden of the other pieces, such as this butter dish, go together well. I'm old enough that it matters more that the things I use give me pleasure rather than that they all came from the same set, but it's nice that these two sets work well together. This butter dish feels very solid, which is good since we intend it for everyday use. Being Southerners, we love butter, and this dish holds two sticks side by side. Although it appears tall in the photo, it is not tall enough to hold a whole pound of butter. It is really pretty! The dish bottom where the butter sits has a matching flower/butterfly design on it. Not sure how it holds up to knives slicing through it regularly, but we'll see! Along with the rest of the order, it arrived in perfect condition, having been very well-packed from Amazon!

Butter dish is exactly what I expected from this dishware collection. It’s beautiful.

I bought this butter dish as a replacement for the same thing that I broke by dropping a pot on it. (Accidentally) It was exactly as I expected. It fits the Kerrygold butter that I have been recently been buying. Looks beautiful on the table and is great in the dishwasher. Also it was received in a timely manner, even in bad weather, snow. If you are interested I would say order soon because the shortages during Covid are making things difficult to find. I love it.

I love everything Portmeirion I have ever bought, and this butter dish is no exception. It’s very easy to clean and keeps my butter soft and spreadable, and free of kitty hair! Plus it’s gorgeous and timeless.

La mantequillera es ideal, esta marca me gusta y no me quería gastar los 200€ que cuesta en cualquier tienda.Lo que no dicen es que son defectuosas y por eso no las pueden vender a ese precio, por dentro de la tapa no esta pintada.A mi me sirve igual, pero deberían ser sinceros. Seguramente hay gente que lo compraría igual, y el que no lo quiera así no le hagas perder el tiempo en devoluciones y enfados
