Highest quality pepper
Best quality for cucumber kimchee. My parents always taught me to use the highest quality peppers for dishes and this is superb. It’s a fine crushed pepper, so be sure you’re measuring carefully.

Great spice for cooking Korean food
I’ve used these multiple times now for making spicy Korean cucumber salad and it really makes the dish taste amazing. Not insanely spicy, but adds a nice flavour. Not a bad price either.

Good Freshness and quantity
Generous quantity and freshness, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 as much of the product was more powder than flake form that I was expecting. Good company and I will still order from them again as I think this was a one off situation.

Perfect for Kimchi
My husband has done a few tours to Korea and absolutely loves cucumber kimchi. The closest thing I could get ahold of was gochujang paste. He likes it, but said it's not the same. I finally bit the bullet and ordered this from amazon. I made it as soon as it arrive and he said it is perfection. I love that it is from a small business, so it makes me feel better about ordering online.
