These absolutely work! I tried a big name that is advertising a lot lately. They worked enough for me to see if there were any more cost effective options. I tried another brand before getting this one and it did nothing at all. These tastes great, more like the name brand, and they work! I get grumpy when I run out. They taste great and improve my mood. I take a couple in the morning,a couple in the afternoon and also a couple before bed. Great side effect... makes my dreams happier.I no longer have disturbing weird nightmares.

I got these saffron gummies because the other ones I originally ordered aren’t in stock anymore. These offer a lot of benefits, improved mood, energy, metabolism, calmness… the only side effect I’m not a fan of is the sleepiness I get after a couple hours. I’m not 100% sure it’s from these gummies as I’ve only just started taking them. But it’s the only thing different in my routine. The taste is ok, not great but not bad. I might buy these again as you get a lot for your money! It’s worth a try!!
