Tastes good and it helps me
I am anemic which means I have issues with enough oxygen being delivered to my muscles so I take this magnesium supplement and it helps. I can tell a difference when I don’t take it, because when I don’t take it I get leg aching and cramps. I take two gummies one time a day. They taste good and since I take numerous supplements because of my anemia this one is the easiest to take and I like that I can chew it and I don’t have to swallow it hole like the rest of my supplements which are pills.

It works!
No matter what I took, I would always still get muscle spasms, even if just trying to stretch out. I would get nightly foot & leg cramps. This brand, Qunol Magnesium, was recommended to me. I now 'occasionally' get the muscle spasms. It has made a big difference. It is a bit high in cost but so worth it! I've tried other brands at same price range & those didn't help. I highly recommend the Qunol brand.

Did I want CITRATE?
I didn't think this was Magnesium CITRATE. If you compare my Pic the one on Amazon you see where my bottle clearly says MAGNESIUM CITRATE, where on the website the word "citrate" is very obscure.
