Difficult to get out of the bottle and very messy
I like natural products, but this is difficult to use. It recommends running under warm water before use because of the coconut oil mixed in.I am not interested in doing that every time I want to use this product.

This isn’t oil. It’s literally like a paste that can’t even come out of the bottle. Trying to contact customer service
