Designed for kids but I eat these to aid digestion
These actually taste really nice, and they are a gentler way of helping my digestion as opposed to prescription medication. Only downside is the prune seeds getting stuck between my teeth. Reasonable price too, especially as they work just as well as those One bars which I find to be very sweet, only 4 in a packet and are more expensive than these.
