Another winner from Marlon Birch
I've used The Bullworker Power Pump Method from Marlon Birch with great success. This new Program picks right up where the previous program left off. This is next level training. Marlon as usual knows just the right formula for building muscles fast using the Bullworker. His knowledge on the subject is unmatched. This program is very well thought out. The routines are tuff but very enjoyable and invigorating. You can easily use this program as your starting point or as the perfect follow-up to the Power Pump Method ( which is a book that I also recommend ).

Bullworker Improvements to mass building
This is a late review so here it goes, bought this book for my friend along with The Bullworker Power Pump as a gift. Upon seeing my friend 12 months later, he looks like a new man. He thanked me and said, the exercises are easy to follow and now his chest size is larger than ever from following the exercises in this book. I and everyone else have noticed a definite improvement. He said he's stronger and feel no joint pain during these exercises. He even said, he's given away his weights. I recommend this book. I would suggest buying also: The Isometric power pump, and Beyond self resistance by Marlon Birch , to add greater variety of the same techniques as well as some different techniques to your program. I've found all three books to be a great motivation and help.

Gives a great workout
I followed the program from start to finish, and found that it did increase strength, and increased my muscle definition. Some parts of the program are more strenuous than others, but not impossible to complete if you change the Bullworker Classic springs depending on the exercise. If you keep at the program, you will get results.

Nécessaire en complément de la notice d'origine.
Certes en anglais mais intéressant à avoir en complément de la notice d'origine fournie avec le Bullworker, qui est un peu "légère".Par contre Amazon devrait éviter de livrer ce livre dans un énorme carton sans protection. Le livre a été livré avec le Bullworker dans un seul carton. Donc livre plié, un peu en vrac. Pas terrible....
