I use this drink for when I am sick, so it can help replenish electrolytes. It's a good value and it tastes great. This product is hard to find in stores, so it is convenient to get on here. It is a little bit pricey, but the quality and taste make it worth it.

I was surprised these taste pretty much exactly like regular Gatorade [these use stevia, not sugar]. They also have more electrolytes than the regular type, so there’s a hint of perhaps a saltier taste, bur I’m okay with it.

My sodium level was dangerously low this past summer. I work outdoors and sweat easily to begin with and my doctor felt I needed to artificially bring my sodium levels back up. He recommended this product because it didn't contain sugar (I am watching my A1Cs as well). It was a life saver and my numbers were back in the black by the next visit. The fruit punch is tasty and did not have the clawing artificial sweetener taste that has prevented me from drinking anything but water as a refreshment.

I'm really happy that Gatorade now has these that are more focussed on hydration without the sugar. When we get the flu, and whatnot, we have found these to be very beneficial. We make our own conncoction with aloe, coconut waters, apple cider vinegar, frozen fruit for take, some probiotics etc, but these Gatorlytes are super handy to have when no one is feeling well enough to make something.

Hydrates well if getting tired of just drinking water or something full of sugar! Fits perfectly in the holder on my push golf cart!! 😎

An excellent product, with high amounts of good electrolytes -- but very expensive! Sodium, potassium, great-tasting. But unfortunately, I won't be buying it any longer, because it's too expensive for my budget. Also, Gatorlyte Zero tastes more salty (at least to my taste buds) than Gatorade Zero. So, for my money, I prefer Gatorade Zero.

Great before, after or during a workout!
