My son has adhd and sensory processing difficulties. I first resarched vitamins that may help a year ago. I bought this, cal-mag, omega-3, vitamin D, and 5-HTP. For the first several months my son only took this product (and not the other add on vitamins). My husband who was a total sceptic didn't believe it would work. After about 2 months on the vitamins my husband could tell within 5 minutes if my son had his brain vitamin or not. It has been a year and I have added the other suppliments I mentioned earlier. My son spent the night at my parents' house last night and when my husband and I picked him up, he was off the hook. On the way home my husband (who was the BIGGEST skeptic) said, "Our son just needs these vitamins every day. Any day he doesn't have them just doesn't work out so well. From now on let's pack them with him if he spends the night anywhere." I couldn't agree more! Who knew that they would make such a huge difference in our lives. They aren't meds, which we haven't tried yet, but they definately seem to work really well for us. I can't see us not using this product ever. Plus, it is totally affordable! I will make the disclaimer to always talk with your doctor before starting any different sort of health routine, but I would recommend people try this product before trying meds with their kids it is all natural and just may work! I have never written a review for a product before, but at this point felt I had to write one or I wouldn't be doing my part to help others who have some of the same struggles we do! " In the beginning it seems like it doesn't work ,but later on you will see the changes ..I felt I could finish my tasks more faster in schoolits just the smell I don't like .It made me more focused and calm.I highly recommend it for other kids like me ,nothing to lose expect 30 bucks or so "( My 11 year old son )

My son tried it for the first time and refused to further take it. He didn’t like the taste at all. Can’t say anything about how effective the supplement is but taste is definitely horrible.

I originally bought this for my 6 yr old since he had trouble focusing in school. However he broke out with a rash minutes after taking it so I gave it to my other 2 children who had the exact same reaction. I had bought 2 bottles and had no way of returning them so instead of throwing them out I resorted to trying it myself. And would you know, I've been on this vitamin for several weeks now and the results are amazing! First of all I noticed my blood sugar is much more stable, which results in waaay less hunger crashes and less cravings. Also my mood has improved a lot and I'm a lot less anxious. Overall I highly recommend this for adults. If you're considering it for your child then maybe give them a dose and watch for reactions first before continuing.

I subscribe every two months delivery on this product. I think it works but not quite sure. I have three kids. 9,7 & 5 I give each one less or spoonful. Just me guessing for their age. My oldest says it has a strong taste but that might indicate it’s good or potent.

Taste so good !!! Amazing quality

We have been trying this with my child who struggles to focus on academics at school. We have used the recommended dose for 1 month and have noticed very little change in their academic performance or teacher reports however I do believe that it usually takes about 6 weeks for something to really work so we are giving it another month in order to give it a fair shake. I also believe that trying to find something that helps with focus is a little like trial and error and what works for one might not work for another so if after next month this doesn’t work we will keep trying to find something that does.

I’ve seen a difference after using this. Her attention has improved significantly.
