Hello, our circular cutter includes 6 blades and there are no more independent blades available for sale. 6 blades can be used for a long time. Hope this will help you.

Q: How do you assemble this? There’s no instructions and I can’t figure out where the blade goes.

Hello, tthe circle paper cutter is easy to operate and can be cut smoothly. How to use: 1. Adjustable radius for circles. 2. Set the size by turning, sliding and locking the knob. 3. Pull out the blade and “T” change blade tool from the blade groove at bottom. 4. Install the blade with the change blade tool. 5. Lock it to the position corresponding to the size you want. 6. Rotating the ruler. 7. Guide allows you to cut perfect circles every time. Q: can you scallop paper with this?

You would have to measure and do partial cuts if you want to scallop. This cuts perfect circles and works well for that. The blade is straight and comes down to a point; the cutting motion is manual, as you drag the cutting arm around the center base it's connected to.
