I was a bit wary of buying from Amazon Warehouse, but I needn’t have worried. Great genuine product at fraction of retail. Really happy. Item came in original packaging and delivered promptly.EDIT: 08/09/2021I found it difficult to reset the red filter light on my fridge. It transpired that it would only reset when it started to flash; nothing wrong with the filter it’s just if you replace it early the fridge doesn’t like it!

Ordered this as it was alot cheaper that buying it in local shops. Came very promptly and fitted in a couple of minutes. Have bought from this retailer before and very pleased with the service I have received. I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying from this retailer. :-)

Does what it says on the can, if you shop around can get it at a reasonable price but beware of delivery charges. Fairly easy to change yourself but you may need a spanner or grips unless you've got really strong fingers.

I ordered filters 2 weeks ago but did not arrive, I'm assuming they 'may' have got lost or pinched via the Royal Mail as we know happens (Panorama)I got in touch with the company and explained situation who said the filters were sent by post weeks previously,and they promptly sent new batch to me asap this time requiring a signature(good idea).I have ordered these before and can say they really are good and fit perfect my whirlpool American style freezer.The company have been excellent in listening and prompt action and I recommend this product.

Easy to order the right one.

Easy fitted (may need a strong pair of hands to twist the plastic cover on the fridge) this filter improves the taste and quality of tap water. Noting the health trend towards filtered water and non-plastic containers for health reasons this is a good buy providing water for smoothies and aluminium or glass drinking bottles alike. Even though the water in our area, at the foot of the Mourne mountains, is of a very high qualit by comparison, the whole family prefer the filtered water. Direct from the fridge is so handy and even though it has plastic plumbing it is way better than bottled water for you (especially plastic bottles stored in warm conditions, eg a car).As a replacement I can't fault this product at all
