Had problem with mould use this one and more than 2 monthes mould never back around bath tub first i use clear silicone now apply white one on top , same brand .mould no back . Before use it pay money to plumbers to resilicone. They been apply on old silicone then mould back onr day i spend 4 hours and take off all old silicone around tub and apply this new silicone. Mould no back . Before paid to plumbers and they just apply silicone on old silicone mould was back in 2 weeks . Now nearly 2 months mould no back . Love this product

I've been using unibond sealants for about 30 years. Sometimes I'll use cheaper products, for example for decorating. But when it comes to sealing an interior bathroom, you need a 100% reliable product, because if it leaks, then you're going to have water penetration problems. So, I always use Unibond sealant where the reliability of the product matters.This experience was the same as with any other sealant - they're all much of a muchness. You need to be careful, and reasonably skilled, when applying, to follow instructions, and to have a smoothing tool. Expect to get it badly wrong once, tolerable on the second and third attempts, and pretty good by the fifth or sixth go.

Seems slightly more liquid than other silicone sealants I have used which made it more difficult for me to get clean edges. However it has cured well and remains flexible.
