I highly recommend this product for those who are ayurvedically diagnosed as Kapha or Kapha mix. These are natural ingredients researched by a reputable and well respected company in the ayurvedic field. I think this is a great value for the price and as you move through these daily you will notice more balance and a healthier level of energy. I do recommend buying products made by this company and not the knockoffs

I do not know what it is about the ingredients in Healthy Kapha.I am a Pitta predominent type in Ayurveda, but, in Winter, Healthy Kapha keeps me regular.
