I wish I knew about these sooner to tackle my carpal tunnel. It is seriously my crack to my addiction.My carpal tunnel is relatively bad. The numbness when doing more intricate activities such as painting and screwing in a screw driver. The pain at night. The whole arm flaring up. These have helped a lot with pain relief as well.
