I use all kinds of emu oil, hemp and aloe Vera products with menthol for my arthritis and sciatica. This one nearly sent me to the ER! My caregiver rubbed it all over my back, shoulders and legs. Within a minute or two, I felt as if I had been doused with scalding hot water. She kept bringing me icy cold wet towels but I slow cooked for 30 minutes. I am still in pain 40 minutes later. We literally discussed calling an ambulance, figuring that such pain had to be from anaphylactic shock. Now I see that one of the one star reviews had the same terrible burning pain and his lasted 20 minutes. Go with a well known name brand and save yourself from 20 minutes of severe pain.
