As much as I really hate to describe it this way, this stuff really is miraculous. I don't use it as much as it recommends on the jar, only once or twice a week at night after a shower, but I saw a difference almost immediately. I use it on my feet, elbows, and knees, all of which get extremely dry, and this helped soften them. I've got cracked skin and callouses on my heels and the soles of my feet, especially the metatarsophalangeal joints on my big and pinky toes, and they don't really ever go away completely. But this lotion has made a real difference I can see and feel, and I think it would probably fix it more long-term if I used it more regularly. The first time I bought it I just got the one jar, but I just reordered and this time I got two; one jar lasted me a long time, but I want to try using it more than once a week.It IS a kind of weird thickness, not exactly liquid-y but definitely thinner than moisturizer like Aveevo or store-brand, almost a little slimy when I put it on, but it absorbs quickly and a little goes a LONG way; seriously, a dab on one finger is enough for my entire foot. It's also totally odorless, which I really appreciate.

Great for Eczema! I have used MANY prescription ointments for the Eczema on the bottom of my feet and NOTHING is more soothing than this product. After application it will sink into the areas you want and is not sticky after several minutes only. It works the best after area is cleansed with warm water, dried well and applied. I was amazed.

Wow!!! After using pumice stone on my heels and getting all the dead skin off. My feet were raw and red. This product changed my heels! This product works wonders. It Is scentless and easy to apply. The consistency when it dries is not like other lotion where they make ur heels feel oily. It makes my feet soft without the oily mess

This is a nice thick cream but sometimes it doesn't soak in or stay soaked in but it does work better than over the counter

I use this all the time now, especially at bedtime. It has done wonders for some really bad callouses. Feels great and absorbs well. Very healing. Will be buying more as I’m almost done with the jar I have. Recommend.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a foot cream with this active ingredient. My doctor told me to buy a cream like this because my feet were dry and cracked. She told me to be sure and soak my feet first in Epsom salts for a minimum of thirty minutes then to apply the cream. I first purchased a brand on Amazon in a white jar and I could tell it started working right away, my cracks were completely sealed in less than a week and my feet felt pampered when applied. This time I tried this brand as it was quite a bit cheaper. First thing I noticed is that this isn’t nearly as thick as the other brand and is somewhat close to being runny. It doesn’t stick to my feet like the other brand and doesn’t feel nearly as silky and good on my feet. The other brand also came with a little spatula to apply the cream, this brand doesn’t. I don’t know if it’s as good or better or worse than the other. I do know more of this is required just due to the nature of how it spreads therefore even if it does work it’s not cheaper than the other because more product is needed. I hope this makes sense. When I’m finished with this even if it works I will go back to the previous brand which can also be purchased on Amazon. My doctor told me that the ingredient in this that makes it effective also comes in a prescription if the over the counter isn’t strong enough. So if you find a brand that you like I can tell you the active ingredient makes this seem like a miracle product as I’ve tried all sorts of products with different active ingredients and never did any of them work even close to this.

Two of my boys have used this now. The first had blisters under his callouses and this helped him a ton! The other has places on his toes that get too thick and this has taken care of that as well. He also mentioned that his athletes foot peeled off and hasn’t returned since using it nightly. Bonus!!

The ONLY thing that has helped my cracked heels and dry feet. I can tell if I skip a day or two. It takes a few days, but this is amazing stuff.
