How to get single accessories
Glass lid broke on day 1 and not able to figure how to get new one. Very sad plz help

Bought it and reviewing it after 4 months the cooker lid is very heavyIt serves the purpose.got it as i was removing all the aluminium from the houseAnd i liked the cooker very muchThe only thing is it requires maintainance of the lid as its very heavy

No response from Amazon reg missing part and/or replacement. Also Refund initiated but no response
Amazon delivered item with most important part missing (Cooker Lid). Now not responding for getting refund/replacement. Item was intended as a Birthday gift. Am very upset. Amazon should at take action by either replace missing lid or arrange for refund or replacement of cooker lid.
