I use this thing every day. The directions indicate to put your water (I use fairlife milk) in and hit the button which starts a vortex. Dump in your protein powder and your creatine and give it a few seconds and you've got a properly mixed shake without the effort, energy or having to worry about cleaning the little ball. Cleanup is easy. Just toss water and a drop of soap in there and ... you guessed it, hit the button. Seriously this cup is awesome. Get one.

The motor never worked, would show a full charge but nothing moved. Has to send back. They sent me a new one and it worked perfectly

the cup is awful. find another brand and buy it with confidence. this one discharges quickly, turns weakly and during the first charge the charging socket already comes off and you have to play around to charge it. I give this product a firm 2!!! wasted time and money

I use this everyday multiple times a day its easy to use clean dishwasher safe and makes life on the go so much easier if you need a better blender bottle this is the route to go

Love it! Bought 2 different brand for my 2 sons, This one was far more better quality, returned the other brand and bought a second one of these. The battery power is not all alike in these mixer bottles. Pay a little more and be happy with its performance!I bought a second one of these but the review has disappeared. The second cup, the battery is dead after 4 uses. It's a BIG BUMMER because you cannot order just the battery and there is no way to contact seller. Unfortunately the return window for Amazon has closed. I have 2 sons sharing the same motor which means it cannot be used remotely. Help please.

Great product, but the motor part that twists on has become worn and doesn't tighten anymore. Very unfortunate, because it always falls off.

I was excited to get this cup as a gift for my son, as the one I ordered over a year ago arrived perfectly & is very easy to clean, I use it daily to make protein drinks & it’s still going strong. This new order arrived as the pictures show, it was obviously used showing scratches & dried protein powder chunks inside and returned, then sent out to me as new. I got my replacement cup & it’s perfect, thank you!!

Just used this for mixing up my 1000+/- calorie shake consisting of two mass gainers, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. This cup blended better with 12oz of water than I’ve ever been able to blend by hand with 18oz or more. Only improvement I’d like to see in future models is more capacity as my caloric needs increase
