I just started experimenting woth Kava and decided to try this one. I noticed a relaxing effect almost immediately. This is my new go to as I'm winding down for the night.

For amount it just gives a measurement, and not what kind of profile the extract actually is and quantity nor does it delve much into the process.It tastes like sugar water, looks like brown sugar water, and hasn't had an effect on me. I've had kava kava extract before, and it does mention the process each time (like alcohol to an extent) and has a certain taste, but it's FAR MORE DARK in color. This is light colored and sweet, and states 'kava kava variety.' I have no idea what that means.I ended up just tossing it after trying a few times.

Taste is not bad and calm me down before bed! Helps me sleep through the night.

I ordered this particular product because it advertised itself as being the strongest concentration. I am not exactly sure what I'm supposed to feel while using this product but when I used it as directed I felt nothing. But a friend of mine swears by this type of product and says it gives him total relaxation. I did not find that with this product but I don't know if I'm expecting too much and I should be using a different version.

I heard of the relaxing effects of Kava from a friend, and was curious to try it for myself on nights before bed when mind and body are still buzzing from a long day.The directions on the bottle state to take two squeezes of the bulb or 1/4 of a Teaspoon. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. I was picking up hints of berries, which leaves me to question what the full ingredients are for sweetener. It does list vegetable glycerin which may be responsible for the pleasant taste. As far as consistency, it's slightly thicker than water.It took about 30 minutes for the effects of this medicinal tree root concoction to do its magic. I soon felt a total relaxed feeling. I practice holistic and healthy living and can see this being a wonderful addition, along with my CBD and essential oils, to my natural first aid kit. There is no doubt this Kava works, however I think it's important to mention that after doing some more indepth research on Kava and the effects on the body, I discovered it's not the greatest for the liver. That being said, neither is alcohol and I already gave that up! Lol. I will use this only when needed and I would advise the same for anyone looking for a little added help to chill out. Used in moderation, I'm comfortable with it. I posted some photos to give you a closer look and hope that they, along with my experience, helps you out a bit with your choice. Thank you!

I took this supplement as recommended on the package, two droppers or 1/4 of a teaspoon. This supplement does not have a strong taste or smell, which is very good since I have a migraine and strong smells can lead to an attack. I am very satisfied with this supplement as it works very quickly. I took it at a time of severe anxiety and after about 30 minutes I felt much better, the anxiety was gone. I also noted that taking this supplement improved my sleep, it became deeper and calmer, I stopped waking up in the middle of the night and in general I feel more rested in the morning. I will definitely continue to take it further, I like how it affects my well-being.

The Kava Root Extract Supplement didn't help me at all with relaxation or sleep. Very disappointing. But it does taste sweet.Katiebabs
