Please read first. This product is great once it's put together. The written instructions are the worst however. But there is a great video on Youtube. Make sure to watch the entire video until the end before you assemble it. I became quite frustrated with having to unscrew nuts and screws to adjust it to my window situation more than once. The video helps. The assembly instructions deserve negative stars but once you set this up it's the best. Luckily it will be all ready for next year without having to assemble it again. Regardless of assembly I have to give this 5 stars. Great invention! I recommend buying it.

Great price, easy to assemble and adjust. Its supporting my LG 12,000BTU AC unit just fine. Its made to fit several different window sizes, made mostly of steel, which is painted white so it shouldn't rust. It has rubber stabilizers so it won't scratch or scuff your home's exterior.My old AC support was made of wood, and was getting pretty wobbly, this new support bracket will be awesome as I can simply take it down when I remove the AC in the fall.

I give this item 4 stars because it’s good quality and very sturdy. However, the directions are terrible. I am not super well versed with assembly but I know my tools. I needed to go into my own tool box for better wrenches and screw drivers of different sizes. The directions are basically pictures/ but not so good. It took me 3x to assemble and reassemble for correct size. As you can see it’s perfect and even for this small air conditioner it’s steady and straight. Yes, I’d buy it again for my other windows. Just be prepared with patience and extra tools.

The product arrived without instructions. The website was printed in very large letters on the shipping box so I tried that. That is not much help either. It instructed me to message them on Facebook Messenger. I did that on a Tuesday and by Saturday there was no response. There are no instructions on their website. There are the same bad videos. There are no labels of the parts on the YouTube videos but there are three types of screws and two types of nuts. No labels on the parts packaging. Very little narration. I'm a very handy person who usually does not need instructions and I am frustrated and stumped. I cannot recommend this product.I proceeded to try installing this in an aluminum framed window with the brackets inside the interior window trim. The interior frame of the window is about 1" high. I had to put lumber underneath it to not damage the window frame. This created all kinds of gaps for the hot exhaust air to return into my home and and for insects to enter.First they have you measure the depth of your window. Then you attach the feet. The 3rd step is to attach the exterior legs with the rotating padded feet. This requires holding up the leg while you fasten the bolts with a wrench on the exterior and a socket on the interior. However, they do not have you set the length properly - simply shows attaching it at the end. The legs do not even come close to touching the exterior wall of my home. The bracket is sitting the entire weight of a 12000btu AC on my aluminum window frame that is bending under the weight.I cannot recommend this product.

Took me a couple of hours to set up. Video instructions on youtube + paper instructions are not detailed enough but very happy that it doesn't require any drilling. Took several tries to find the correct fit but feels very sturdy.

Very easy for those that are uncomfortable with A/C installations. Very good quality material.
