Everyone should have this book...
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC BOOK!! Bought this book along with the "Forgotten Home Apothecary: 250 powerful remedies at your fingertips". One of the best purchases for anyone who would like to learn about how to forage wild foods. Wonderful photos, descriptions, edible parts, medical uses, how to harvest, and poisonous look-alike info! I will be ordering all her books.

I like the layout, the info, and how it's all arranged. Describes the plant, then under headings, the FLOWER, LEAF, EDIBLE PARTS, KEY MEDICINAL USES, HOW TO HARVEST AND EAT, POISONOUS LOOK-ALIKES, all in same manner for each plant. Sections for Herbs and Greens, Shrubs and Berries, Trees, Mushrooms and Seaweeds. I also like the maps showing where these plants naturally can be found. But the photos are small and usually too hard to identify, particularly when it comes to look-alikes. Pictures are good, but mostly too small.
