It’s true to its word. I felt the pump also no jittery, and my workout has been effective, it kept my muscles hydrated. Not so expensive either. GREAT.

Absolutely love it! I used the 2-1 fat burner from alpha lion but wanted to take a break from caffeine so I decided to use this and I do not regret it one bit. Flavor is amazing and the pump feels great. Highly recommend!

Perfect pre-work out on the planet.

I just used for the very first time an it was excellent!! I’m trying to cut out my crazy caffeine intake with all of the other pre work out I’ve taken. I also wanted a preworkout that would allow me to workout late at night and not prevent me from struggling to get sleep. Now I’ve only had the chance to try this a couple times and I will come back after a couple weeks of use to update. But this has been amazing! Still gives you good focus and energy at the gym without caffeine! It does have beta alnine in it which gives you that tingly itchy feeling, so if you don’t like that it might not be fore you, however I love it. Highly recommended

First, I left feedback about receiving the wrong flavor from what I ordered. Now, when I finally opened the product, it is completely clumpy and and looks expired even with the multiple moisture packs inside. I have seen other reviews with the same complaints. What's worse is I can't even receive a refund of replacement due to the return policy. Alpha Lion LLC. Do better!

Good flavor, Mixed clean, and noticed an improved pump along with faster recovery for the next set.

I won’t say the pre is horrible but it isn’t what it’s made out to be. It tastes pretty good, but I never felt any greater pump with this than I normally do. Was easy on the stomach. Very mild and not much of an energy increase. Doesn’t clump.
