I got this for my dad since he’s been using Omega-3 supplements for a while, and so far he’s been pretty happy with it. He says it feels effective and hasn’t had any complaints about it. It’s hard to measure results exactly, but he feels good using it and hasn't had any issues like fishy burps or stomach discomfort, which have happened with other brands in the past.The capsules are average in size (not tiny, but manageable), and they go down easily. One thing we liked is that he only needs to take one a day thanks to the higher EPA and DHA content, so it lasts longer than other bottles that require 2 or 3 pills daily.It’s not some miracle pill, but if you're looking for a straightforward, decent-quality fish oil supplement, this one seems like a good option. We’ll probably stick with it unless we find something significantly better or cheaper.

Great product however don’t order it in the summer when the temps are high as they will melt and stick together. When you pull them apart they break open. 🤬😡
