I took two at evening meal a few nights ago. Slept pretty well. First thing the next morning I was fine. About two hours later, had not pleasant restroom experience but fine a few hours later. Next night at evening meal, I took one capsule, had no issues, slept incredibly well. It was really great. Next night didn't take any and sleep was really badly. I just took one capsule tonight with evening meal. I think shortly after taking it I feel extra relaxed. It might be that two would work for me in a few weeks as I get used to these but if it helps my sleep so much with one, I might just stick with that but 0 to 2 was too much for me.

10/10 recommend. Has me sleeping like a baby, waking up feeling refreshed, and overall better health. I have tried tons of products and this has been 1 of few to drastically help me!

On my second bottle of this product and I’ve never slept better! I take two capsules about two hours before bed sometimes with dinner (depending on what time I eat). I also have BMs more frequently. Highly recommend!

I love these magnesium dietary supplements. I’ve been using it every night. It comes nice and sealed with a cotton round on top just like all I do notice a bit of a difference with helping with sleep, but since there’s seven different magnesium formulas I haven’t noticed how much difference with those yet But so far this is my second purchase and I am loving it. The size of these are pretty big. It’s easy to swallow with water. I wouldn’t recommend it without water. I love the health benefits of it. I’m just hoping the calming effect kicks in soon so far I’m gonna give it four stars just cause it helps so much with the sleep And restfulness.

I love this product. After SO many years of not being able to sleep this has helped tremendously! I had been taking Ambien CR, and many other things and still not able to sleep at all sometimes. This helps me sleep and I don’t wake up with the grogginess of the other drugs.

I bought this based on the advertised benefit of better sleep. I feel like this product helped me feel more calm, however, it hasn’t helped me sleep through the night which is my issue. If I take the suggested 2 pills after a couple nights I get very loose bowels. I then only took 1 capsule and I don’t get much of the “calm” benefit. So in conclusion, good for anxiety and if your system can handle the dosage but questionable for sleep for some.
