This is perfect specially when somebody has a cold or stuffy nose. This will open up everything and you can breathe pretty good pretty fast. I recommend this item to anybody. It can be a little strong but just mix it a little bit with water and you'll get the same effects and it won't be that strong and do not put too much the more you put the stronger it is.
