The roller seemed sharp at first but it really helps. Takes the pain away! There light weight and you could easily bring them with you to wherever.

These are great for plantar fascitis, but beware...these balls are hard and aggressive. I like to use tennis balls first to warm up my feet then use these hard balls starting with a light touch gradually putting more weight down.

I only liked the roller, the ball is too slippery.The spikes are too sharp they hurt a bit. Perhaps it’s supposed to be like that but I cringe every time I use it. The quality is good but too stiff for my comfort. Wish the plastic was not as hard.

Should have ordered these first. All three work great on my plantar fasciitis. Just the right size. The first ball I ordered was too small.
