I use this pickle container to agitate 3d prints to remove uncured resin with isopropyl alcohol - the tray makes this very easy to do and very clean. The solution is then left in the container until next time.Remember if you do this too that you must dispose of the left over isopropyl properly once it has been used with resin as it is toxic. I usually pour it into a disposable cup (mcdonalds for example), before letting the isopropyl evaporate and then dispose of the contents at the hazardous waste section of the tip.

Very impressed with this jug. Our fridge door tray broke off so I can no longer store milk in the door. This jug fits perfectly inside the fridge on the shelf, is totally water/milk tight so if you did manage to knock it over no problem and it pours extremely well. It holds almost 2 pints. Some reviews have talked about the lid not clicking shut - just make sure you are not trying to click on the jug plastic seal point and it will click shut no problem - the spout just has to be in line with the handle, which is where you want it to sit anyway! So overall the perfect sealed jug!

Good product but like some of the reviewers have mentioned there’s the tiny issue with one of the hinges on the lid not locking properly so can’t say it’s really leakproof or airtight. I’m starting to wonder whether some people don’t care (is it a very good product otherwise) , not noticed it or some of the products don’t have this problem. I’m keeping mine as it’s ok for what I need but hope amazon let me ask you to comment here if you had this problem with the one you bought?EDIT - can I just clarify - it IS a genuine Lock&Lock product, but it doesn't lock very well. Maybe a poor choice of title there..

When my lower bottle shelf in my fridge broke, I had no jugs that would either fit comfortably on the shelf inside the fridge or any that had a lid. I ordered 2 of these jugs to store my milk in till my new shelf arrives. They have a lid and that fastens with clips, there’s also a clip opening for pouring, I note some other reviewers had trouble with at least 1 of the clips on the lid, while it’s a bit fiddly all the clips on both my jugs close with a snap. Are they leakproof? I shook mine with the milk in and nothing came out. I saw these on that shopping channel that offer quality value and convenience but they were way pricier with a hefty p&p. These suited my budget, and I’m sure I will find many uses for them. So far very happy

Required to accommodate a block of vegetable baking fat which is sometimes used as an alternative for or addition to butter when baking; another similar has long been used for butter. A great many containers from Lock and Lock, in various sizes and shapes, are used mostly for dry goods but a few for liquids. A smaller number are also used for non-food items including screws and other small items.When used for food, all but one or two that were stated not to be air- or water-tight and purchased with that understanding, are completely sealed when locked. This is is unusual in that it is essentially used upside-down with the block of butter - it will hold a 500g block if and when they can be found - placed on the rough side of the tray which then fits within what is normally its lid but is now the base; the larger portion then is placed over the contents and the locking flaps engaged.All Lock and Lock containers are fridge, freezer and microwave safe, are easy to clean in warm soapy water and dry quite quickly. The locking flaps are guaranteed to last through at least one million operations and, to date, none has yet failed after years of use; some are literally locked and unlocked several times daily.
