Helps me easily do inversions
Great way of getting the benefits of inversions without needing an inversion bench. It takes up little room and can be stored easily. Plus of course helpful for backbends and many other exercises and poses. A fantastic prop for my yoga and pilates and general fitness progression.

Great stress reliever
I enjoy stretching to improve flexibility and strength. I wholeheartedly recommend this item. I find exercises using this stretch band theraputic and it promtes wellbeing.

Very good material firm good switching sewing 👍 I only not give 5 stars because the fabric should be better a material with a bit of elastic, like a mix with lycra or so, but it’s my opinion. Good fast delivery so very glad no problem at all.

My daughter loves gymnastics and has been trying to learn to flip backwards this is a great starting way to practice she uses it everyday would recommend

Great for stretching and inversions
The media could not be loaded. It seems to be well made and sturdy. I think it will last a long time. The hammock makes it comfortable so you can stretch the fabric out instead of having the pressure concentrated in one area.

im sorry to be picky about the color... but the blue doesnt look like the one in the pic. looks bright and cheap...:(

Strong and sturdy
The media could not be loaded. Right out of the bag the product feels very durable. As seen in the video it can hold decent weight without any concerns or worries. Very happy with the product so far and it’s also pretty light so would be easy to travel with.

Doesn't work with all doors
This product is decent, but it can cause damage to the door. I am only 100 lbs, and my weight on it was enough to do damage.
