Exactly as illustrated! Really pleased with my new yantra mat as I call them. I’ve been using one to help with my well being for many years now. Item was received yesterday, it looks well made and it came with a bag for storing it. Additionally, I also received two acupressure tennis size balls that are also useful to massage your soles while you are working at your desk or while watching tv.

I have seen the more expensive ones of these and always wanted one. Before I commuted I thought I would get this and see how much it got used before I spent a lot.I really love it - I use it for my evening breathwork or meditation and feel like it makes a difference to my sleep that night. I can’t say I am going to buy the more expensive one because this does the job as far as I am concerned!

This has really helped with my back pain & looks just like the photos. I like the spikey balls as well!

There have been many times where I sit on my bed and read while I lie down with the pillow and mat and it helps me relax and suprisingly I did find myself falling asleep a few a few times too. WOuld I say it's a wonder cure for ailments? No.I still get headaches, or a stiff neck, but I will say that I sit on my desk all day, and don't work out as much as I should -I eat very healthy and take care of my nutrition so sleep is never soemthing I struggle with. so bear the miracle claims in mind - it's a cool and good tool - but I wouldnt say it miraculously cures all ailments - much like with anthing int he world - you have to actually combine many different things to see healthy results

Nothing to complain about. Does the job. I like the cotton bag it comes in.

My partner loves these mats! They're well made and hold up pretty good if properly taken care of.My partner often gets stress induced back pain and random back pain from a car accident that happened over 10 years ago. He's found that using these mats really helps him release the stress and relax and helps significantly with the pain.I started by just using the bottom part of the mat because my back went out on me and I was in severe pain, couldn't sleep, etc. I put a sheet on the pillow and upper 1/3 of the mat. The first 30 seconds was painful but I accepted the pain hoping it would get better like the brochure says (it comes with a nice brochure explaining how to use it for different aches and pains). Within the first minute the pain started to diminish. In about 3 minutes I could feel my muscles "melting" into the mat. That's the only way to explain the feeling. I spent about 20 minutes on it and kept feeling different parts of my back really relax for the first time in weeks. Just when I thought my body was fully relaxed, I would feel another muscle "melt". I love it!!

am Anfang war ich skeptisch und hatte etwas sorge ob ich das piekende gut aushalten kann, mittlerweile habe ich mich daran gewöhnt und es geht meiner Gesundheit besser :-)

Hab die Matte jetzt mehrere Monate ausprobiert. Die Verspannungen sind viel besser und ich schlafe besser ein.

The “white” mat is not a grey colour as pictured. It’s a yellowish beige colour. It looks nothing like the picture.

Tut die ersten Minuten schon etwas weh, aber danach ist man wirklich entspannt und man schläft wie ein Baby

Die ersten Male ist es noch sehr intensiv, da hat es mir geholfen auf der Matratze die Matte zu nutzen. Mittlerweile kann ich das auf dem Fußboden machen. Es hilft beim einschlafen, zum runterkommen, zum aufwachen.
