Works well
I like the fact that it has wire already soldered to the tabs, I hate soldering to bare tabs. It works well since Traxxas will not sell you these connectors.

Waist of $ for 3S applications
Gauge of the wire is too small to run 3S. They get so hot the solder must get soft and the wire pops out of the connectors. Has left my Traxxas Spartan in the middle of the lake multiple times.
