This helps me sweat. I wear it all the time. A good purchase. It does run small. cant. Remember the sizes i got but the first one was too small. Gave it to my niece and ordered the next size up. Happy with it.

first, i want to acknowledge that this jacket works the way it is intended to. i loved the fit and the sweat effect, and would have kept if i could. with that being said, i did not know that i was allergic to the inside material. after the first use, i broke out in hives everywhere that was covered by the jacket. i truly liked the product, but i wanted to give a caution to those with sensitive skin/allergies!

Gave it a four because it’s actually a nice jacket, not much stretch AT ALL like I literally wear a L/XL in tops and had to get a 3x 🥴 and I’m not chest heavy lol so if you get this jacket definitely trust the reviews and go up two sizes for a decent fit if you like a more baggy fit go up another size but it doesn’t have a draw string for the bottom. It has deep pockets on the sides and a hood. Overall it’s good quality the sizing is just way off lol I’m sure the xl fits like a medium/smedium 😭😂

Looks just like the photo, true to size, fits snug, which is perfect for the gym and working up a good upper body sweat. Can’t wait to use it while working out.UPDATE: hopefully me returning does not affect the company ratings, I am only returning it for a bigger size because I didn’t read the size guide before ordering & there was no option to exchange for a bigger size (it will automatically send you the same exact size if you do an exchange) returning but I am placing another order for the same one, just bigger. I will say, this thing sure enough works up a sweat!!! I was dripping leaving the gym which is awesome! That’s what you want.

Felt like it was suppose to which is a sauna suit, but I got the wrong size and it was super small and hard to wear. Easy to use and put on. If the main function is to help you sweat it does just that. It helps you sweat. The zipper works and it’s a thin material.

I purchased this jacket from my father who has been trying to lose some extra weight. He goes for walks daily and wanted to start sweating more. Honestly, this jacket does just that he opened it up today after getting it and tried it on. He did have to go up in size Because his normal size would’ve been snug it’s a little tight in the arms if you Or a plus size person with thicker arms I suggest going up two sizes than your normal. It has a string on the bottom so you can always tighten it up around your waist. This jacket did what he needed it to do. After going for his walk this morning, he took his jacket off, and sweat poured out of the bottom of it surely is helpful and can’t wait to see him start shredding pounds!! If I could give this a higher star rating, I definitely would. The material is amazing and definitely worth every dollar.
