WORST PREBIOTIC FIBER POWDER I HAVE EVER USED-NOT EFFECTIVE-CAUSES CRAMPS

I am a Methadone patient and have had chronic constipation. I had slow moving bowel before starting Methadone and Miralax doesn't work enough to get things moving. Fiber gummies caused bad gas and weren't efficient so I tried this. I take probiotics and like that this is a prebiotic. I read the fibers are less course and less irritating to your gut too and I agree. I took it yesterday for the first time and today things were better than they've been in years in the bathroom, very comfortable. I absolutely recommend it.
