Delicious
Mix with beef broth, throw in some green onions and you have a delicious soup to warm your stomach. So much better than Chinese restaurant miso soup. Makes my stomach feel good and improves my digestion

The Miso is slightly grainier than the Miso I buy in the grocery store. But the flavor is so good. The sodium content is as much as regular miso. About 700 to maybe it's 500 I'm not sure. I put a little bit in my smoothies, I use it for umami, but I also take a quarter of a teaspoon and put it on my finger and lick it it is so delicious. I've used it in soups, you can use it in almost everything. Miso is so healthy for you and when I have an upset stomach I use two different things one is yogurt and the other is this mizo.

I'm new to cooking with miso but this miso has been very good in a miso dressing recipe I have now made several times using it. The tube it comes in is very sturdy and easy to use. I'm no miso expert but it is quite good and I plan to order it again.

Made some excellent miso soup and ramen with this, also mixed it with some soba. Absolutely loved it. Not too expensive and the single tube lasted me awhile.
