Excellent bands for leg work!
GREAT! These bands are wonderful for leg / pilates work - wide, no slip 'grip' bands on the inside, thick and durable. I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend. I have used these bands every day since I received them at different intervals of intensity, on bare skin, over leggings, on dry legs and on sweaty legs - people, I am here to tell you these bands held their integrity and did not roll!! Even at my most ambitious stretch only one small curl at the top edge of the band resulted, but it did not roll.*In full disclosure I have used the medium and heavy so far; I have not used the light yet. But bottom line, 10/10 would recommend these for leg work.

Love them!
Love these booty bands! The three pack gives options for different resistance (light, medium, and heavy). The length is perfect for using just above the knees or even a little further up if that’s your preference. Lightweight but great strength! I definitely felt the burn using these with my workout routine. Plus the colors are lively!

Great quality and perfect for workouts
I’m very happy with these resistance bands. They’re sturdy, don’t slip or roll up during exercises, and come in different resistance levels which makes it easy to progress. The material feels durable, and they’re comfortable to use for both yoga and strength training. Great value for the price!

Fantastic forthe legs but not for full body (at least for me)
I recently bought this product for my beach body work outs because I have had 2 elastic ones snap on me. I really enjoy these bands when it comes to simply wrapping them around my legs or somewhat on my arms. It's AMAZING for the legs no sliding no issues but when I wanna do deeper RDLs there is no give at all. I can still do them in a tighter spot but not the full down and up. I do with they stretched more thats my only fault

The slip resistance is amazing, perfect to do some pilate’s excercises.The levels of strength are perfect, also came with a little bag and a short manual, very cute!

AMAZING! MUST BUY!
Very durable material and definitely doesn’t roll. I’ve bought so many bands in the past and have always been disappointed. These are AMAZING and will definitely buy other items from this company!
