Sukrin Syrup Maple 450g Twin Pack

It's not the best tasting but it is cheaper than some others. Maple Grove has less aftertaste. Joseph's is the best tasting but ridiculously expensive. Skinny is inedible and my choice for worst tasting syrup.

This is an essential in my stock cupboard, it's best with warm eggy bread and clotted cream!

Very unpleasant taste and crazy expensive. I had high hopes but was disappointed. Shame as the powdered brown sugar from this Sukrin range is really good.

I was looking for a sugar free maple syrup and this is pretty good. I wish it had more of a maple flavour though

A very good sugar free substitute fur maple syrup. I have this on Caveman granola with Greek yoghurt and it tastes great.

I really like this. It’s significantly thicker than real maple syrup, but close enough in taste that it’s by far the best substitute I’ve used. I like the fact it’s also surprisingly high in fibre. Just a shame it’s so expensive!

It’s got a syrup consistency; not as thick as honey but not as thin as maple syrup. It’s not over sweet. It’s hard to describe the flavour because it’s not the same as refined sugar, honey or maple syrup in my opinion; it has its own unique flavour which has taken a bit of getting used to. But for me, as someone who has stopped eating sugar for health reasons, it satisfies me by giving that sweet kick, but without the blood sugar raising effects of sugar.

Bought for some sugar free recipes and used as a substitute for the honey. It has a nice light flavour and isn’t as sweet as honey or golden syrup but is just sweet enough. Expensive for what you get but still worth it.
