Best prenatal… then again maybe not.
I love these because they come with the choline supplement, and they don’t cause nausea for me. You would think all prenatals would have choline in them, or at least the option, but they don’t. Amazon has the most competitive price I’ve found too.Edit 3/5/25: I took these with my pregnancy in 2022 and again in 2024. I’m still EBF my four month old, so I a confining with choline supplementation. I have this set up as subscribe and save. The last choline bottle I got has the nastiest fish taste and odor!! It’s so bad!! I can still taste it for up to 30 minutes after I swallow the pill. Might be time to cancel my subscription.

Great Prenatal!
Have taken for all 3 pregnancies and love that it has the extra Choline with it. Has never made my stomach upset but sometimes you will get a random fishy bottle.

Would recommend!
I have used these with both of my pregnancies and now using during breastfeeding. Some may say it’s tedious having to drink 2 pills compared to other brands but from what I have seen it has a lot of vitamins and at a higher count than those others!

Works great
I have been looking for a prenatal that isn't a million pills a day. Heard about this one on a forum. So far it is working great, only 2 pills, and gives you choline as well which most prenatals don't have.

Good vitamins at first but melted from heat and got bad fish smell.
So I've been taking these for almost 2 months. I've read a lot of reviews before I decided to go with this brand. It seemed the best price for what you get. I liked it comes with folic acid and choline plus bunch of other good vitamins for you. Didn't get nausea or vomiting. I read the negative comments about the fish smell yet I didn't have any when I got them. So for the last 6 weeks I've been taking them every evening before I go to bed as I've noticed I felt a bit more tired during the day or this is what I thought at the moment not really a big deal. They didn't make me sick and everything was great. Now this last week suddenly out of nowhere I get a strong fish smell that everybody was talking about. It's been a bit of a challenge to take them. I kept them on my night stand so I don't forget to drink them and my believe is they start melting from the heat. It's been over 90 degrees here every day for the last week and we didn't really start using our ac till 2 days ago. I am really pushing myself to finish those badge by eating sour patch kids right after I swallow them to cover the taste and wash my hands immediately because I cannot stand the smell. Perhaps I can keep the new batch in the refrigerator in hopes to prevent this from happening again. As I said earlier no issues for the first 6 weeks. Hope this will help other ladies with making up their mind.I will update my review after I get my new package.

prenatal vitamins 🙂
I loved these prenatal vitamins and I continue taking them even after pregnancy. I feel like they help a lot with my hair loss and make me feel good. 🙂💞

VERY fishy smell, burst capsules and smears all over the bottle
Intense fishy smell, oily red smears in the bottle, 2 burst capsules one of which (see photo) has greenish-brown goo around the seams (see photos). I assume the omega 3 fish oils went rancid and the capsules burst (or vice-versa chronologically speaking). I put the bottle in the fridge as soon as I saw the capsules' condition, however this didn't reduce the intense fish smell. Of note, I've often taken fish capsules in the past and have only had issues with rancid fish oil 1/5 times.I leave 3 stars because of CR's endorsement, the good composition which includes omega 3 fatty acids and cholin and the fact that despite the state of the capsules I didn't have any side effects, especially diarrhea which one sometimes gets after consuming rancid fish oil capsules.I had started a subscription and the first time around the vitamins were in excellent condition. It was my 2nd batch (delivered during a cold month, January) that went wrong. I've cancelled my subscription and I'm not sure I'll give these a chance again. I'll probably stick to my trusted plain old Nature Made multivitamins and add a separate omega 3 if I really feel like going the extra mile, without risking side effects.
