I.purchased this strap because I have been going to physical therapy after a knee replacement. It is much better than using a belt, let me tell you.It is strong with different loops on it for various exercised, and very helpful for my knee recovery. I recommend it highly.

It's a good strap, only a little wide for my lady hands which I think are average size for a women, the green one has a thinner strap that would be more comfortable for people with issues with their hands.

Bought for my 79 year old mom who had knee replacement surgery. They used these straps in physical therapy to help raise and lower your foot/leg. Its easy to use, she can slide her foot in one of the strap loops and then old onto the ends; or in her case, because she is short, she grabs another sewn loop with each hand to help lift her leg. The purple color is fun and easy to see if it falls off her bed or chair.

After having a hip replacement I needed to do physical therapy. I realized how important it is to stretch my muscles. I got this to practice at home so I was ahead of the game. I of course had my PT doctor show me what to do & how far to push myself. Works great. Getting stronger every day

Very similar to the strap at my physical therapist's office. The strap is slightly wider than the one my PT has. I like this one much better. The pink color is more beautiful than I thought. It has a touch of coral in it making it a very cute pinkish/peachish color.

I have used this a lot in my stretching routine. It is high quality and plenty long enough with lots of loops. Couldn't ask for anything more in the strap itself. I wish it came with a more complete instruction sheet, but I just get my movements from You Tube.

This isn't like those skinny flimsy rayon ones that cut into your arch and are 1" wide. This is sturdy stiff cotton and more like 2" which is much more comfortable to me. It's just like the ones at PT, and the little loops for your feet are so handy. I can tell it's going to last a long time.

I use one of these at PT and it prompted me to buy one of my own and this one is nice. It is very well made, very sturdy and has all the right spaces for the tension you want. This is better than the stretchy ones because you get more tension which is better for stretching. Because it doesn’t give.

I use it all the time...very versatile...made of sturdy, durable material.
