First 2 quirks. I WAS immediately disappointed in the size. It's hard to judge the size from stock photos. Grill opening is 10".The other quirk is I had a little bit of hard time with assembly. The space between the mounts on the stand is a slightly wider than the fan. I ended up dropping one side of the fan trying to mount it.Now the good stuff. I was immediately satisfied with the velocity this fan has. It is quite potent for it's size. It blows more on low than my older 14" high velocity Patton fan on low. I use fans in the summertime to distribute air throughout my apt. from my a.c.On medium and high it is louder. But it is a fan built for shop use and it isn't as loud as 20" and larger shop fans. For what I use it for, it does a good job cooling on low.It does vibrate some on medium and high. It's still a high quality product.This fan has what every fan should have and that is a permanently sealed motor protected from dust and dirt.Functionality - Very easy to use even though the switch is on the back of the unit. It's very easy to adjust the tilt and tighten in place.A bit pricey, but I think it's worth the money I paid for a long lasting fan. I'm glad I didn't spend $120 on a larger one.I didn't think I'd get excited about a new fan, but I did.

This Fan was a gift to someone and they love it - I purchased the Medium Fan they do come in Small and Large - the price on the Large Fan was a little out of my Budget - the person I gifted it to said that the Medium Fan was perfect the Large would of been to big - also it is very quiet and they say it works really well - So I would not hesitate to purchase one of your very own

I am a pocky shopper and when it comes to fans I am especially picky.TLDR: setting low is quiet. Setting medium is loud. Setting high is substantially loud.I bought this fan specifically bc others complained it was too loud. What I needed is a fan for sleeping. Something small enough I can take with me on trips and powerful enough to make great background noise.This tiny thing does both and more than I hoped for. The low setting is still powerful enough to use when needing the fan for cooling but stays very quiet. The medium and high settings are best for getting that air MOVING! and if course the glorious white noise. My previous fan was an industrial model and lasted but cost a lot in electricity and after a few months would get squeaky every now and then and I'd have to take it apart and clean it. This fan has come with me through 3 moves and nightly uses and still maintains new quality and functionality.If you need one for a quiet and loud setting that both pack a powerful punch when it comes to cooling and air flow, this is it. Right here.

I love this fan. Quiet on 1 but still powerful, 2 is like most fans max speed but boosted, then 3 is like you are being blown away.

Works well

Great fan! Small, but moves a lot of air. I use it mainly for noise for sleeping as it is pretty loud on high speed. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

A little loud but that’s to be expected. It really does push the air well in a large room for its size.
