These work great
I can feel a difference in about 30 minutes. Lowers my heart rate notably. Gives a nice overall feeling. These are the capsules. Consider buying only the capsules. Their tablets do not work (for me).

Best and Worst
So this is very strange, fisrt time i took it was on empty stomach and after that was not able to catch my breath so i stop it after 2 weeks i had to chop some wood like 5 cubic meters and i eat and took this, after 30 sec i was full with energy no fatigue or anything, was doing heavy endurance job and i didnt feel tired at all, was insane so now i use it only when i have to do heavy stuff like go in guy for 4 hours or running like crazy
