A great 10" non stick pan
I had ruined my Calphalon 10" pan when I got distracted while cooking some sliders. This pan is the same product line so it matches the others in the set. It works great and as long as you follow the instructions for using and cleaning, it is a great pan. I do not have issues with anything sticking to the rivets. I love that it can be used on the stove top as well as in the oven. I only use silicone or wooden utensils and wash by hand in hot soapy water. I feel the price was a bit high, but I really wanted to have the replacement pan match my existing pieces and was unable to locate this pan anywhere else let alone for a better price.

Good quality pan
Love this pan! I bought the pan 2 years ago and have used it for quite a number of times already. The pan feels well-built and is perfect for cooking almost all kinds of dishes. The food is cooked evenly and the pan is very easy to clean. I have tried putting it in the oven for a couple of times at 200 celsius and so far it is still pretty ok. My sister saw this pan and fell in love with it and bought one for herself too!

Best pan I've owned
I've had this pan for over a year now and can say that it is the best pan I have ever had. I use it every day unless I am gone on vacation and it still works great, non-stick is in tact. I wash it by hand mostly but have put it in the dishwasher with no issues. I've also taken very good care of it by waiting for it to cool before washing it or setting it in the sink to soak. Wait until your pan is cool before washing so you cook wear does not warp!

Two pans arrived damaged
The first pan I ordered had dents in the rim and scratches on the nonstick surface. The replacement pan came a couple days later and also had deep dents on the rim and scratches on the nonstick surface. I returned pans.

Excellent non stick pan!
Great pan for the money! This is my second time buying this pan as my other one finally wore out its non stick abilities after heavy use over 5 years. Cleans up easily and is the perfect size for omelettes, grilled cheese, sautéing and pretty much anything else that you don’t want sticking to a pan! Highly recommend!

Great for omelets, virtually no stick
This replaces a Zwilling "no stick" pan that stuck like crazy from day one. The Calphalon needs virtually no oil or butter at all, just a few drops of sunflower oil. Biggest problem was veggie burgers flying out of the pan if not careful with the silicone spatula. Appears to heat evenly, although the bottom is just slightly concave. Relatives tell me these last about 10-11 years; we'll see. Great deal!

Good pan, with lots of years of use ahead of it.
This is a good size pan, with a good weight (actually feels like they used some steel in there and not pop cans). It is fairly non stick, however I still need to use a pam or some butter to get my eggs to slide around for an over easy. I did not have that with gotham pans. However, the gotham pans scratched super easy in my opinion and were made very thin and light, and had a much shorter than expected life expectancy (about 18 months, and I babied them the best I could). While I still need to "lube" up this pan, it is thick enough to hold heat (if doing multiple eggs for instance), and feels better in the hand than the gotham.

A perfect omelette pan
The key to this product for making perfect omelettes is the even heating at just the right rate to cook the eggs just right after the butter starts bubbling. It's a "Goldilocks" pan that does not get too hot before the butter is absorbed and the eggs just cooked, nor does it take too long to get to the temperatures needed. The surface allows a perfect omelette to be cooked without a spatula, just by shaking the pan and then turning to the plate with a nice easy fold.
