Yummy and healthy
Really good if you're wanting to stay off sweet things, as they are low in sugar but plenty of flavour.

Nice but you need a cut of tea with it a bit dry

Taste is ok, shame about the texture
Don't get me wrong, these are edible but the taste is meh and the texture is like eating sand in that it has a gritty feel and sapps moisture from your mouth so make sure you have a drink nearby!

Good Price, Poor Macros, Not worth it
I can stomach most things and these sound fairly good on the description. Unfortunately they are completely inedible. They are flaky and dry with no taste and the ‘oozing’ centre doesn’t exist. I’ve sent them back as unfit for consumption

PhD Nutrition Jaffa Cake.
I was pleasantly surprised by these; many high-protein cakes and sweet snacks of this type are disappointingly dry or gooey, but these are very nicely balanced for flavour and texture.They are a bit (not quite) like a large Jaffa cake with a soft inside, a tangy orange flavouring and are wrapped in chocolate – quite sweet but not cloyingly so and they make a nice treat with a hot drink.A bit pricey (as this kind of product tends to be) but if one has dietary needs or a strict healthy eating regime to stick to these are a very palatable option.

Not bad but not there best
I’m a massive fan of phd smart protein bars!! So I thought I’d try there full range, this isn’t the worst as it does taste like carrot cake, but it’s no cake, it’s a little drying in the mouth and a bit bitter, the orange I think, personally needs more ginger!
