Great pasta maker with Kitchenmaid mixer
The media could not be loaded. I am using this pasta maker set with my Kitchenaid Professional mixer. It works great! I've used it for linguini and angel hair spaghetti, and for making sheets for ravioli. It works flawlessly, is easy to install and uninstall. While I am rating it high for flavor (fresh pasta!) that depends on your pasta recipe. I'm using it with Semolina, Italian 00 flour and Italian Durum flower in a mix. And that is delicious!This is a little complex to clean, and it did not come with clear cleaning instructions, but I think that is the nature of the beast, and I am very satisfied.

Works well and washes in water
The attachments work as advertised and we've made several batches of noodles already. The fact that they can be washed in water makes it very easy to clean. Other attachment brands are not able to be washed in water, which is why I chose this one.My only wish was that the cleaning tool it came with had a tapered end like a wedge to pick out the dough in the nooks and crannies of the attachments. It's not too big a deal though and I use a toothpick to get the job done.

Great pasta
I’ve used this attachment on my KitchenAid mixer several times and it works great. It did take a few tries, but this was more “user error” than blame on the pasta maker. Just follow the directions.

A must have for pasta makers
Super easy to use. Very easy to clean, most of the time just brush away the residue and yoir done. Takes all the work out of pasta making.

First time making pasta a success!
I wanted to make homemade einkorn pasta for my family. I pulled this out of the box and had success on the first go round. By family was pretty happy to have pasta!

Warning! Plastic parts!
The description and photos claim this is made of stainless steel but is washable, unlike the Kitchenaid version. It actually has a plastic sheath surrounding the cutters- this is why it is washable! Nowhere in the description does it mention plastic parts.I put it onto the Kitchenaid to see how it worked and the cutters ground against the plastic, leaving tiny particles of it all around the moving parts.I don’t fancy eating bits of plastic, so it’s being returned!So disappointed. It looks really good too and it feels like it’s good quality. I’m sure it probably works well, but I don’t think it would be safe to eat anything from it.

Brilliant piece of machinery
This is absolutely superb! I have had it for several months and it is fantastic. I am now 100% confident making my own pasta from scratch. It is extremely solid in its build and very easy to use. It is also very easy to clean. I have seen some other reviews giving a low rating of 2 or 3 stars " because it is not Kitchenaid " and then go on to state that it works really well!!It is not ' KItchenaid' but IS compatible with ANY motorized Kitchenaid Stand mixer. As solidly engineered and built as a Kitchenaid product, in my view! ....HIGHLY recommend it!

Heavy well made accessory for the Kitchenaid mixer
Bought as a Christmas present they were tested on the mixer to ensure compatability and are very heavy and well made accessories. The cleaning of them is yet to be seen but we suspect they will be no more difficult than any other make of roller / cutter/
