Just received this item. It wrapped my 125' Extension Cord smooth as silk.. I've only wrapped the cord. I will unwind and use later in the week. Will adjust the review if it doesn't perform as expected. Right now, for the money. It suits my purpose.

not as good as the original I've had for 20 something years that finally cracked on me. Its 'ok' but barely fits the lengths defined or comes up slightly short in my applications. Its a little smaller than I want as the concept works better when not filling the entire wheel to the edge. Overall plastic and build is a little cheaper than my original as well, but seems like it will work fine for one of my shorter 50ft. higher gauge cables.

I think it's a bit flimsy and anything more than a 75ft cord is pushing it. I would spend more to buy a better product next time.

I wasn’t looking for something fancy - just a reliable, lightweight reel to organize my long extension cord, and this one absolutely does the trick. It’s sturdy, easy to carry, and handles the weight of my thick cord without any wobble.The real magic came from a tip I saw in another review: feed the middle point of your extension cord into the reel first, then wind it up from there. This means you always have access to both ends - without ever needing to unspool the whole thing. Absolutely brilliant. I had a homemade cord taking up a lot of space. This will help that issue.
