Having toyed with the idea of getting one of these for a considerable amount of time, I finally had to take the plunge out of necessity, my back was in bits and extremely tight due to a heavy lockdown workload coupled with social distancing meaning I’m unable to see a sorts massage therapist anytime soon. Arrived today and I took it straight out the box and plugged it in, I didn’t look at the instructions as the handheld control is clear and easy on the options available, I ran a 15 minute lower back cycle with heat and high vibration closely followed by the same but for upper back resulting in a 30 minute massage, it hit many trigger points as I grimaced and laughed through the “good pain” which eased as the cycle went on, post massage I feel great! My back is no longer stiff and I feel more mobile and even taller! If that’s even possible. I choose this model as it was the lowest priced version available and any concerns of receiving an inferior product (to the others or those I’ve trialled before in Costco) were put to bed instantly. Can you tell I love it?

Bought this for myself ,my back often aches from sitting for a long time working , so I decided to buy myself a massager,and this massager would be my best choice ever, it comes with lots of features ,its touch feels so real, strong therapeutic and really work my muscles over, it's very effective for getting rid of the stress and back pain I have, and it also come with the vibration feature which really makes me feel comfortable ,and the heat feels wonderful too ,it gently sooth the muscle pain, really a great product for the price!BTW, my wife tried this few times and also happy with this ,and I plan to buy one for her, too . Highly recommended!

I get huge amounts of knots around my shoulder blades and the top of my shoulders owing to stress and lactic acid build up through fitness/weight lifting classes, and this is just perfect to break them down. The size fits my dimensions really well so it gets in all the right places, the pressure is super good (much more than I expected it could be compared to a masseur/masseuse) and the different levels of vibration and heat function are a very pleasant bonus. All in all, it has all the features I would like, works really well and has a reasonable price (I actually got it on offer, which made it even better). The remote control is nice and easy to use with a decent length cord and a convenient pocket to store it in when not in use, and the power and car charger leads are also a very good length. I didn't realize this had a European plug (don't recall seeing it in the description), but I have an adaptor to English socket so I could use it straight away and it wasn't a problem. I am very satisfied so far and would highly recommend. I hope it has a very long life as I need to use it regularly on top of my weekly back and shoulder massages. Fingers crossed it will.

Of course, it's no replacement for a real massage, but it has certainly worked out a fair bit of the tension in my upper back. It is a very firm massage so if you are quite sensitive in that regard then this may not be for you, but if you need a bit of deep muscle work then this definitely can help.I've found that I get the best results when I use it on my office chair, but I've also used it on the sofa and felt a noticeable benefit. I haven't used it in the car as of yet though.For the price, I've got no issues in recommending this to people. Very good product.

HiI have enjoyed using your product. It is really helpful. It has stopped working after few months and I was not sure what was wrong. I managed to contact the manufacturer ( contact is available on the packaging box which gives 2 yr warranty) and got it replaced. They response really quick and happy with the customer service from both amazon and the manufacturer.

I thought this may help with bad back but other husband and I used it and were left in awful pain both during the 5 min demo mode on the lowest setting we both had to stop it. 24 hours later we are both sore and physically bruised!!! This is borderline dangerous, especially for anyone with pre existing conditions. Take medical advice and avoid.

Unfortunately, this chair is not what I was expecting.I would recommend not to buy a chair with the bottom part. Not comfy

I really like the Time function which is automatically set to 15 minutes however I can adjust time myself to 10, 15 or 25 minutes. Kneading function provides 3 massage programs for full back massage, upper and lower back. Point function allows to target a specific part of the back and concentrate on it. Vibration function provided two levels of intensity H high and L low. There are 2 removable covers which comes with velcro. Heat function helps me to relieve muscle pain. Easy to use remote control which I store in the storage bag which is attached to the seat.
